Register by Mail
This season, you may register your child(ren) via mail. Please follow all instructions carefully. Your child may not participate if all of the information is not provided. For more information, please contact Diana at registrar@granitesoccer.com.
When you register your child by mail, please include the following:
Copy of birth certificate if your child has not participated with GCYSA.
Two copies of the completed registration form.
A check or money order made out to GCYSA in the amount of the registration fee. Fees for the Spring 2011 season are $60 for U-6, $70 for U-8, $80 for U10, $85 for U11-U12, and $100 for U13 and up (all divisions). There is a $5.00 discount for each sibling of the registrant.
Add $5 if mailing after August 30 th, 2011.
Children must have turned four years old before July 31st, 2011, to play in the Fall 2011 season.
Completed registration forms should be sent to GCYSA by August 30 th, 2011. Registrations received after August 30 th will be subject to a $5 late fee. Our mailing address is:
